Epson 2400 Scanner

Well, I returned my Epson 2400, I decided to upgrade to the 2450, because the 2400 was not meant to handle medium format. I’d much rather use a scanner that for sure will handle all the medium format negatives my heard desires. I will review the 2450 and compare it to the 2400 when it arrives. I bought the 2450 on ebay refurbished with a 1 year warranty for about $170 (Circuit City sells it for $299 brand new).

Epson Perfection 2400 PHOTO

Now that I’ve gotten into photography much more, I decided I needed a scanner that not only would do prints, but also my slides and negatives.

Wrote up a quick review on it. Read it here.

Christmas Cookies

=== Christmas Cookies

Christmas Cookie Ingredients:
1 cup of water
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup of brown sugar
lemon juice
4 large eggs
1 cup nuts
2 cups of dried fruit
1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequilla

Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Turn on the electric mixer…Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar…Beat again. At this point it’s best to make sure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup … just in case.
